Shipping policy
SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY METHODS
We offer various shipping options. You will have the option to choose shipping speed and carriers based on your location. Shipping is calculated by Shopify, based on the weight of the package.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Your order will be processed on the next business day, if the item is available and in stock at the moment. Tracking info will be sent to your email.
If your item has a flag that states "Pre-Order Now!" or "On Backorder (call for availability)", this means the products are on order, but the manufacturer is behind or it is a brand new product that hasn't hit the stores yet, but will soon. We will automatically reserve one of the units coming in for you, and you will receive updates on when the item is expected to ship.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carriers website. If you do not receive any emails from us - order confirmation, order updates, tracking, etc. - check your spam folder.
