OFFICIAL RULES: 110 Qt BigDog Cooler Giveaway
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Installations Unlimited.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of Upstate New York who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Installations Unlimited and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on April 15, 2026 and ends on May 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter by completing any of the following during the giveaway period:
- Follow our page – 1 entry
- Tag A Friend in the Comment Section – 1 entry per Tag
- Share the giveaway post – 1 entry
- Purchase a hat – 5 entries
- Purchase a t-shirt – 10 entries
- Purchase a hoodie – 15 entries
All entries must be completed within the giveaway period to qualify.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the BigDog 110Qt Cooler with an approximate retail value of $540. No cash alternative or substitution will be provided. Prize is non-transferable.
The value of the Prize will be taxable to the Prize Winner in the year the Prize is received. The Prize will be reported to the Prize Winner and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in the form of a Form 1099 or Form 1042-S, as applicable. The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.
6. Winner Selection and Announcement
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced on May 18th via our official Facebook page. The winner must respond within 1 week of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in selection of an alternate winner.
7. Prize Pickup
The prize must be picked up in person at Installations Unlimited. Shipping will be provided at additional cost. The winner is responsible for transportation and any additional costs associated with installation, taxes, or fitment.
8. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Release
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta. By participating, entrants release Meta from any responsibility related to this giveaway.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor’s decisions are final.
